Aleksandr Ródchenko: the photographic constructivism

Aleksandr Ródchenko is an outstanding figure that we could not allow presenting in HaciendoFoco. One of the artists was more polífacéticos of Russia during the 20s and of 30: he was a sculptor, painter, graphic designer and Russian photographer.

He was a pioneer in the field of the photo. It used the camera in any position, creating disconcerting sensations. Generally his photos were usually zenithal or flat planes nadir. This was provoking an impact in the spectator, causing him certain difficulties to recognize the photographed object, something that turned out to be facilitated by his camerawoman Leica, which one had a very manageable format.

Ródchenko liberated to the photo of many of his conventions, fact that turned it into one of the most important pioneers of the constructive photographic one. Since it is natural it spent for different stages, from the abstract photo to the record of sports activities, sceneries or choreographies. Next I present to you a small sample of the work of this artist.
