Joseph O. Holmes (that does not have any kinship relation with the naturalistic photographer Joseph Holmes) is one of these focused artists to register the routine character inside the city. Conscious that the urban space borrows for a multitude of situations, Holmes is going to smell bad to the detail, where the eye often does not manage to see.
This way, it is capable of registering many incongruities that usually go unnoticed in the city (although others not so much, as a TV sets tier next to the drawstring of the path (?)) respecting the good use of the tonalities and adopting an esthetic criterion that transforms his photos into a definite beauty product.
His photos are changed and sufficiently little related some with others. We find natures inside the town planning, portraits, photos macro or up to some abstraction. Everything costs in his file, of forced visit.
