encabezado-kurt.jpg

In this opportunity I invite them to step back a little in the time. I want to present to them the work of Charles Peterson, a man who between other motives stood out for being one of the photographers of Nirvana (as well as of other bands fix inside the musical phenomenon of this moment).

Charles Peterson (1964) is a North American photographer who has made know to himself by his work along with the independent disquera Sub Pop. Peterson was in charge of documenting the scene grunge of Seattle during the 80s and 90s. We already know that this city rocked several extremely recognized bands, turning into a wild Indian of the rock. The artist not only photographed to Nirvana but also to Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Mudhoney and Alice In Chains.

His apprehensions try to receive the energy and the emotion of this musical movement. In this case I present some of the photos that were part of an exhibition realized in Soulcatcher Studio (Seattle) titled: "Expert You Are eats: Seattle's Rock Legacy. Many of his photos were presented in the movie Kurt Cobain About A Sound. Here we leave a pair of them to them. Also they can see his last works entering his page. An extremely recommended trip! They will be able to find excellent photos, between them several apprehensions of the current musical scene.
